Much like any strength training/fitness regiment, you get out what you put into it. The coaches and Admin at both Nasville & Smyrna locations are serious and able to help you outline and achieve your personal fitness goals. For me personally, I needed to work on mobility just start moving my body. I choose Whole Strength because of the Level Method and their ability to test my physical aptitude and asssign movements that are doable, then progress to more advanced movements. There is no judgement when you look at a coach and say...."what does this anagram stand for", what's AMRAP mean, what's EMOM mean? Everybody starts somewhere, the hardest thing is walking through the door. I highly recommend this ????.
I originally chose this gym because of its close proximity to my place of work. I love that they have such a wide variety of class times. The coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable, and the Level Method takes away a lot of uncertainty for people who are new to CrossFit. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the pace of class based gym sessions, and the Level Method helps direct the intensity of my workout quickly. I feel like less of a burden, and I can just focus on my workout. I highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been a member of Whole Strength for about 3 months now. I’ve have really enjoyed the coaching and been able to see some progress in my health and fitness goals. I would recommend anyone looking for a gym home to come give it a try. Especially if you like the 530am class like me!
If you are considering this gym/crossfit/nutrition program... don't walk... run! I moved to Tennessee 2 months ago. I work from home and it was really important for me to find a place that felt like a community. I also value a good training program that can be tailored to your needs and abilities. I had never been a part of a crossfit gym and I had preconceived ideas about what it would be like - and I was completely wrong. I met with Ryan to get introduced to the gym and he laid out the whole process and I was thrilled to find out that you get personal workouts before even being introduced to a class. Which was perfect for me as I was terrified about what I was going to get thrown into. I got to have 1:1 coaching on movements and testing my strength and endurance level. So when I took my first official class I felt confident in knowing where to place myself in the workout. The people are down to earth, fun and supportive. Lizzie, one of the coaches and nutritionist is super smart and great at what she does. Ryan made me feel welcome and has made it a point to make sure I was enjoying my time. Elizabeth, Anna and Kayla are really amazing coaches - I just love them all! Not only am I challenging myself but I am also finding community. So, like I said at the beginning...RUN to Whole Strength! I promise I am not being paid to write this LOL. You will love this gym and the people. (ps. crossfit is not. that scary! anyone can do it!)
