TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE. Mechanic broke a lug nut when changing our tire, at first denied, then lied and said he told us he broke it when it happened. Rude. Said we would have to pay more for him to fix it. Will NEVER use again. I read reviews on here and it was about 50/50 so I decided to give him the benefit of doubt, BIG MISTAKE. DON'T GO HERE.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!!!!!! I took my car to this shop on 04/17/2019. I had my front rotors and brakes replaced. When I asked how much it would be to have them both replaced I was quoted a price of $180 but when I let them know I had already had my brakes and rotors he told me the cost would be $170.....I was a little uneasy about the price and felt that, the price that was quoted was just a price he came up with off the top of his head ( keep in mind that I am woman and a single mother at that also not from here) So I went ahead and let them service my car because I needed it done and really didn't know where else to go. I noticed that when they where working on my car there was a young man working on my Left front and I also noticed that he had taken my caliper off ( not sure if you are suppose to do that) but when they finally finished I got my car everything seemed ok......Fast forward to maybe 4-5 days later I notice that my brakes are now going all the way to the floor and there is a vibration and grinding noise coming from the front left tire. I took my vehicle back to the tire shop and let them know what was going on. The one who worked on my car with the young man drove my car and I also drove the car with him inside. He then took the brake pads off only and applied brake grease. I am assuming that is what it was as he never responded when I asked him what he was applying on my car. He then drove the car again and assured me it was fine. the following day as I a pulling into work I noticed the vibrating and grinding noise. So after work I returned to the shop. the same guy looked at my brakes again. He again only looked at the brakes. He never took the rotor back off to do a full inspection. So as he was telling me that the brakes, rotors and calipers where okay i proceeded to ask him if it was normal for my brake pedal to be going all the way down to the floor after getting both brakes and rotors changed. He said no so i asked him if he bleed the brakes or checked my brake line for air. He checked and only bleed the left side and not the right side. That helped until the next day again pulling into work samething happened as previously. I sent him a text to let him know I was bringing my car back. He took another look again not taking the rotor or brakes off and told me again everything is good. I know I am not a mechanic but it seems that he did not know what he was doing. If your customer is letting you know that some thing is not right and you are claiming that it is not from the job he did. I just thought it was good work practice to find out what the problem is. As having a business that is a way to generate more income. Needless to say he did make any suggestions as to what could be the problem even when I asked. He just really didn't seem concerned to what my problem was. I use my car to get back and forth and to help provide for my 3 year old. At this point I do not feel safe riding in my car and trust we all know how terrible Nashville traffic is. I am a single mother who lives check to check and I can not afford to take my car to another shop where I have to pay a diagnostic fee for the to correct a problem that was created by someone else. It is not fair and the people who own the shop is not trying to work with me as to figure out what is wrong. I honestly think he does but doesn't want to admit i mean what other reason would you not fully inspect a car brake system. He should not have had a young child working on my car to begin with especially if he does not do this on a daily basis. I am upset, an hurt and unable to get my car fixed. i think they could at least give me a portion of my money back to cover the cost of the diagnostic fee I will have to pay. Again just another example of how women are done wrong in America!!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!!!!!!
